Phil is a trusted veteran in commercial property, having held roles including Property Valuer, Property Manager, Shopping Centre Manager, Lease Executive, Sales Agents & Corporate Real Estate Consultant.
Recently, Phil has delivered high-profile retail & office projects across the country, including: 3,000sqm flagship for Culture Kings, Parramatta; 5000sqm covert site search for the Black Dog Institute in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs; and 800sqm for Taste’s ‘Growers Market’, Zetland.
Phil’s understanding of state and national property markets and insight into how landlords, developers and agents operate helps his clients secure optimal commercial positions.

Latika brings more than 25 years’ property experience as a current Practicing Solicitor. Her client record includes Westfield, IOOF Investments, Yum! Australia Pty Limited and Vodafone Hutchison.
Latika’s attention to detail and deep knowledge of property contracts is applied to support lease transactions and administration to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
Currently, Latika is studying a Master’s in Legal Practice though the University of New South Wales.
