Brosa engaged Tenant Leasing Group to find them a fit-for-purpose large format retail site in inner Sydney. Previously in a gated community with business driven purely by online sales, Brosa wanted to test the retail showroom model in a large format destination. Tenant Leasing Group issued a brief to market, conducting 18 inspections before shortlisting five sites. We entered negotiations for three locations, finalising terms on the current site at The Cannery, Rosbery.
