By law, our contractual obligations are solely to tenants. This removes any potential for conflicts of interest, and means we can negotiate exclusively and effectively on the tenant’s behalf.

Our remuneration comes solely from the tenant – not from landlords, developers or agencies. We don’t receive commission from the opposing side of the negotiation for finalising a lease deal – as some real estate agents and tenant representatives do.
We work for commission from the tenant (receiving a percentage of the money that is saved through the negotiation). This means that when the tenant saves money, we benefit directly – our interests are aligned. It is our incentive to secure the best possible deal for the tenant.
