Phil has 25+ years experience in retail, office, industrial, large format retail, healthcare and other commercial property leasing.
Prior to founding Tenant Leasing Group, Phil held senior roles with Australia Post, JLL, Ipoh, VHA, Elders and Colliers.
A trusted veteran in tenant leasing, Phil knows his way around the markets, having held roles in valuation, property management, sales and corporate consulting.
Recently, Phil has delivered high-profile retail & office projects across the country, including: 3,000 sqm flagship for Culture Kings, Parramatta; 5,000 sqm covert site search for the Black Dog Institute in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs; and 800 sqm for Taste’s ‘Growers Market’, Zetland.
Phil knows how to work negotiations in the tenants’ favour. This is how he helps clients optimise their leasing situation.
Latika brings a 25+ year track record in property as well as being Practicing Solicitor. Her client record includes Westfield, IOOF Investments, Yum! Australia Pty Limited and Vodafone Hutchison.
Specialist knowledge of property contracts means Latika brings a fine comb to lease transactions and administration, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Currently, Latika is studying a Master’s in Legal Practice though the University of New South Wales.

Bruce combines a punctilious attitude to contract writing, legal research and document drafting with a genuine interest in the property sector.
His law firm experience has already seen him in a decision-making role, addressing requests from clients, goverment agencies and legal teams. His statistical nous and programming expertise are exercised in market analysis.
Currently, Bruce is studying a Bachelor’s of Commerce/Law (Finance) at the University of New South Wales.
