We exclusively advise and represent tenants: our function is to protect and advance their interests only. Unlike other tenant represenation service providers, we do not work for real estate agents or landlords.
By law, our contractual obligations are solely to tenants. This removes any potential for conflicts of interest, and means we can negotiate exclusively and effectively on the tenant’s behalf.
When the tenant wins, we win.
Our remuneration comes solely from the tenant – not from landlords, developers or agencies. We don’t receive commission from the opposing side of the negotiation for finalising a property deal – as some real estate agents and tenant representatives do.
We work for commission from the tenant (receiving a percentage of the money that is saved through the negotiation). This means that we when the tenant saves money, we benefit directly – our interests are aligned. It is our incentive to secure the best possible deal for the tenant.
