Phil has 25+ years’ experience in retail, warehouse, large format retail, industrial & logistics, office and commercial property.
Prior to founding Tenant Leasing Group, Phil held senior roles with Australia Post, JLL, Ipoh, VHA, Elders and Colliers.
A trusted veteran, Phil knows his way around property markets, having held roles in valuation, management, sales and corporate consulting.
Recently, Phil has delivered high-profile retail, industrial and office projects, including: 3,000 sqm flagship for Culture Kings, Parramatta; 5,000 sqm covert site search for the Black Dog Institute in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs; and 800 sqm for Taste’s ‘Growers Market’, Zetland.

Sophie brings 12+ years’ experience supporting C-Suite Teams across the corporate sector.
Familiar with company restructuring and sales, Sophie’s deep knowledge of business processes means she can handle client accounts with precision and care.
Her extensive administrative skills are deployed across the Tenant Leasing Group team, specifically in operations and technical lease support.
Paul Ford

Paul is the Principal of Hunterford Property Group, our exclusive industrial & logistics partner.
With over 20 years’ experience building and managing $5b+ of warehouses and other industrial assets, they have a unrivalled I&L market knowledge, industry profile, connections and expertise.
Paul understands the needs of I&L tenants, as well as those of investors, buyers/purchasers and managers. He and the team recently delivered a 25,000sqm warehouse for Pet Circle.
Latika Prasad
Special Counsel
Latika brings a 25+ year track record in property as well as being Practicing Solicitor. Her client record includes Westfield, IOOF Investments, Yum! Australia Pty Limited and Vodafone Hutchison.
Specialist knowledge of property contracts means Latika brings a fine comb to lease transactions and administration, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Currently, Latika is studying a Master’s in Legal Practice though the University of New South Wales.

Coming from a small family business in rural NSW, Tessa combines a resilient, can-do attitude with an eye for detail and genuine passion for the property sector.
Highly driven and relationship-oriented, her previous experience in a customer-facing role allowed Tessa to form and strengthen client relationships.
Tessa is currently studying a Bachelor of Property (Management, Development & Valuation) at the International College of Management, Sydney.
