Culture Kings engaged Tenant Leasing Group to organise a warehouse site on a fast turnaround. Culture Kings required access from early December 2021, in order to facilitate a new part of their distribution network. We negotiated a competitive rental on a site that ticked all the boxes in terms of usage features, and did so at short notice.
Culture Kings are a global streetwear clothing and sneakers brand, with retail locations around Australia.
Tenant Leasing Group is the national tenant representative for Culture Kings.
