Few retail experiences are more thrilling than the show put on by Culture Kings at their new store on Level 1 of 159-175 Church Street, Westfield Parramatta, Sydney.

We went to market and delivered this prime retail location for the iconic streetwear store and online retailer. The search was undertaken while they were still based at their old 197 Church Street location

Culture Kings are the global pioneers of streetwear. Acquired by a.k.a Brands in 2021, Culture Kings’ experiential blend of fashion retail, live events, music and sport culture, has resonated worldwide. Tenant Leasing Group has worked with Culture Kings to open multiple retail and industrial sites in Australia and New Zealand.

After securing their new home in Westfield, we organised for the successful lease surrender of their now-closed 197 Church Street store.
