How is TLG helping BlocHaus?
We have been engaged to help manage BlocHaus Bouldering’s national roll-out of bouldering gyms, with sites ranging from 1,000-2,500sqm. Tenant Leasing Group (TLG) are sourcing suitable industrial, retail and other high-clearance sites, and handling lease negotiations with a range of landlords. BlocHaus plan to expand their portfolio of industrial sites to satellite metro areas such as Port Melbourne, as well as opening more gyms in key markets like Sydney and Melbourne.
BlocHaus are double the size of their nearest competitors, and continue to grow. They cater to a recreational, social, fitness market with broad demographic uptake all over Australia. Their commercial relationships with craft beer and coffee enterprises demonstrates their dynamism in urban-industrial locations.
