BlocHaus have already opened gyms in all major Australian cities, after Tenant Leasing Groups secured prime industrial/office sites with zoning that allowed for recreational use.

BlocHaus are double the size of their nearest competitors, and continue to grow. They cater to a recreational, social, fitness market with broad demographic uptake all over Australia. Their commercial relationships with craft beer and coffee enterprises demonstrates their dynamism in urban-industrial locations.
We have been engaged to help manage BlocHaus Bouldering’s national roll-out of bouldering gyms, with sites ranging from 1,000-2,500sqm. They plan to expand their portfolio of industrial sites to satellite metro areas such as Port Melbourne, as well as opening additional gyms in key markets including Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
